This report links to the rota and staff loggings modules to provide information on any staff who’ve arrived late in the selected period. In addition to the columns shown below, where staff are required to record the reason for their lateness a column showing that reason is included. If no reason is recorded that column will be empty.
In addition to the date range setting used in many reports, there’s an option to filter the report so that only late arrivals by the selected number of minutes or more are shown.
By default this report also shows any staff who’ve failed to log on in the period. There’s a tick-box at the top marked ‘Hide no logins’ which you can use to exclude these entries.
