This is a comprehensive report that provides some key indicators of performance. It’s one of the reports which makes use of definable shift sessions to provide further breakdown by time of day.

First set the date and time range and choose whether to hide zero lines, then click generate report. If sessions have been defined they’ll be listed first, otherwise all sales in the selected period shown are listed together. Each tab type then has a line, and if any sales were recorded that were not from a tab there’s an additional line with ‘None’ under the tab type column.

The overall value of sales is shown next, followed by the average per day in the period covered. Next comes a figure for average per head if covers have been recorded for the tab type in question, followed by the total number of covers and then an average number of covers per day.

Finally there are three columns showing the total service charge, the daily average thereof and the average service charge per cover.
